Celebrating a Mission for Life
We recently celebrated the 80th birthday of our very own Rev. Buist Wilson. It is hard to imagine anyone who has not been touched in some way by Buist. He truly gives meaning to celebrating a mission for life. Buist and his lovely wife Violet offer the following thank you to everyone.
| Thank you, thank you for the celebration of my 80th Birthday party and your offering of $1,000 for missions. It was awesome! Violet and I were very grateful, humbled and moved to tears that the church would officially set up a permanent Buist & Violet Wilson account in our honor.
It was a special day of fun and sharing your love. There were two big boxes of cards. It took me two hours to read them. It is such a wonderful blessing to be 80 and still be in ministry with such a loving and caring congregation.
