Jana Cerra, Children's Special Events Director

ana joined the Children’s Ministry team as the Children’s Special Events Director in 2010 after teaching for 3 years at Wesleyan Christian Academy, the private pre-school located within the church.
She has a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s of Education from East Texas State University (presently Texas A&M-Commerce). She has taught for a total of 8 years in the public school system in Greenville,Texas as well as Carrollton, Texas. Currently, she is also a FROG Summer Camp Director for First Rowlett and has held that position for 5 years. She resides in Garland, Texas with her daughter and husband and has been an active member for 2 ½ years.
Jana enjoys planning and coordinating children’s events for families to share in the love of God!
