Rev. Dretha Burris, Associate Pastor
Dretha Burris joined the staff of First Rowlett on July 1, 2008 as an Associate Pastor after retiring from the public school system. She received a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech, a Master's in Counseling from Texas A&M-Commerce, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and in May 2008, she became a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. Dretha and her daughter, Andrea, born in 1991, joined First Rowlett UMC in May 2005. Dretha is very excited about serving at First Rowlett UMC!
